gray day

i found this big haired woman on line , i have selected her out and placed her on a separate layer.

i placed this image  and clipped it to the selected image layer , than adjusted the opacity and fill

 this image was placed above it all to give a tint , i used the blending modes option to get a the shadows like texture. to finish i used some star shaped brush strokes and some clouds rendering.
